The agent stopped or looks stuck
If the Music Video Agent stops progressing or appears stuck, this usually means one or more scenes failed during generation.
In most cases, you can continue without restarting the entire project.
How to continue a stopped generation
When a generation stops, you may see a Continue option.
Using Continue will retry only the failed scenes instead of restarting from the beginning.
This helps save time and avoids re-generating completed scenes.
Retry a single scene vs retry all
If only specific scenes failed, you can retry just those scenes.
If multiple scenes failed or the output is inconsistent, restarting the full generation may produce better results.
Credits and refunds for failed scenes
When a scene fails to generate, credits used for that scene are automatically refunded.
In addition, the system applies a 20% bonus credit compensation for failed scenes.
The Generate button is disabled
The Generate button may be unavailable if:
Required inputs are missing
A previous task is still processing
You are out of available credits
Check the current task status and input requirements before retrying.
