How credits are calculated

Credits are primarily calculated based on video duration and resolution.

On average, the Music Video Agent uses approximately 16 credits per second of generated video.
Actual usage may vary depending on generation settings and retries.

Estimated vs actual credit usage

Before generation starts, the system shows an estimated credit cost.

The final credit usage may differ slightly due to:

  • Scene retries

  • Generation failures and refunds

  • Resolution changes before generation begins

When resolution is locked

Once video generation starts, the resolution is locked and cannot be changed mid-process.

Changing resolution requires starting a new generation.

Failed scenes and credit refunds

If a scene fails:

  • Credits used for that scene are refunded automatically

  • A 20% bonus credit compensation is applied

You do not need to contact support to receive these refunds.
